Clients receive three pre-vetted candidates to interview. They make the final selection. From that point forward, your virtual assistant (VA) is 100% dedicated to that client and no one else.
The Vetting Process
Virtual Worker Bee’s recruiting and HR team runs every candidate through a proprietary assessment process built over more than 10 years. That process includes personality assessments, technical assessments, and role-specific evaluations developed internally.
On average, Virtual Worker Bee presents 3% of applicants to clients. That figure is intentional. It reflects a recruiting philosophy built around quality over volume.
What "Dedicated" Actually Means
Every Virtual Worker Bee associate is assigned to a single client. They do not split time between multiple accounts. They work a five-day week on an eight-hour consecutive shift, with hours set by the client.
Because all Virtual Worker Bee associates are offshore, they remain part of the Virtual Worker Bee hive for the full engagement. Virtual Worker Bee handles all payroll requirements, HR compliance, and employment obligations. Clients do not take on employer responsibilities of any kind.
All associates sign NDAs before starting. Additional confidentiality documents can be arranged based on client requirements. Associate devices are actively monitored to ensure compliance throughout the engagement.

- 18 months: six weeks of free labor with the incoming associate

Engagement Terms
Engagements at Virtual Worker Bee are month-to-month. After the initial six-month period, clients can cancel with 30 days’ notice. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no part-time tiers.
All Virtual Worker Bee associates are full-time. The reason Virtual Worker Bee does not offer part-time placements is practical: part-time arrangements create divided loyalties and scheduling conflicts that consistently result in the VA prioritizing a full-time opportunity elsewhere. Full-time, dedicated support is the only model Virtual Worker Bee operates.
Virtual Worker Bee serves U.S.-based businesses only. All associates work in English. Services are not currently available in additional languages.
The Check-In Structure
Clients are not left on their own after placement. The standard check-in schedule is:
- Weeks 1 through 4: weekly check-ins
- Months 2 through 6: bi-weekly check-ins
- Month 7 and beyond: monthly check-ins, including timesheet review, performance notes, and open discussion of any concerns
